I wonder if you would also let me know
when it would be convenient for you to appoint the
two Health Officers, Almoner and two Sanitary
Inspectors which were included in our Estimates,
approved by Government and, I believe, by the S. of S.
It would be very helpful to know the approximate
dates they would be available in order to enable me
to arrange for leaves of men due this year.
